WORKING PROCEDURE OF INCINERATOR

1. The ordinary waste oil should be preheated up to about 90 ^oC. If the waste oil has an extremely hıgh viscosity it should be preheated up to 110^oC.
2. During or after the preheating of the waste oil tank completely discharge drain. It is recommended to discharge drain as much as possible.
3. Set the burner selector switch (appearing on the control panel) to the auxiliary burner side.
4. When the waste oil in the waste oil tank is heated in some degree, open the main valve of the tank to circulate the waste oil in the line.
5. Adjust the combustion air inlet valve regulate the pressure of combustion air. The standard setting is 0.5 kg/cm² .
6. Set the waste oil burner running switch (appearing also on the control panel) to off or circulation.
7. With the above two items finished, depress the run switch, and the cooling fan will start. When the combustion switch is turned on the auxiliary burner solenoid pump will start. After 35 seconds of prepurge the fuel line solenoid valve will be opened by the function of the burner control relay.
8. Allow the auxiliary burner to stand 10 or 15 minutes. In this while, check the auxiliary burner for abnormalities. When the auxiliary burner is warrantable and on condition that it is running in order start the waste oil burner.
9. Changeover the waste oil burner operation from circulation to combustion then the waste oil solenoid valveis turned on.
10. Having confirmed the waste oil combustion, confirm once more that the secondary oil pressure is 0.5 kg/cm²
11. If there is no abnormality in the parallel operation of the auxiliary and waste oil burners, chage over the burner selector switch appearing on the control panel from auxiliary to waste oil.
12. To shut down the waste oil burner, close the main valve at the waste oil tank and open the changeover valve at the fuel tank to supply diesel oil to the waste oil line, untill the entire line from the change over valve to the burner is filled with diesel oil completely.
13. When diesel oil has been burned out, turn off the waste oil burner running switch, and depress the incinerators stop button to stop its operation completely.
14. For the purpose of cooling down the combustion chamber keep the cooling fan alone running for about 30 minutes.
