- The ordInary waste oIl should be preheated up to about 90 oC.
If the waste oIl has an extremely hıgh vIscosIty It should be preheated up
to 110oC.
- DurIng AND after the preheatIng of the waste oIl tank completely dIscharge
draIn. It is recommended to DIscharge draIn as much as possIble.
- Set the burner selector
switch (appearIng on the control panel) to the auxIlIary burner sIde.
- Set the waste oIl burner runnIng swItch (appearIng also on the control
panel) TO off or cIrculatIon.
- PRESS START BUTTON AND
CONFIRM THAT COOLING FAN IS RUNNING.
- AFTER ALL THESE PROCESSES TO START COMBUSTION SET THE COMBUSTION SWITCH TO ON SIDE. APPROXIMATELY AFTER 35
SEC. BURNER WILL IGNITE.
- SET the combustIon aIr pressure TO ABOUT 0.5 kg/cm2 .
- AFTER 10-15 mInutes SET the waste oIl burner SWITCH, FROM cIrculatIon OR OFF TO combustIon.
- SET the WASTE oIl pressure TO 0.5
kg/cm2
- WHEN parallel combustIon of the auxIlIary and waste oIl burners IS
SUFFICIENT, SET the burner selector
switch from auxIlIary BURNER to
waste oIl.
- To sTOP the INCINERATOR CHANGE THE FUEL SELECTOR VALVE OVER DIESEL
OIL, close the waste oIl tank OUTLET VALVE. CONTINUE COMBUSTING UNTIL
dIesel oIl REACHES TO THE BURNER. SET THE waste oIl BURNER swItch OFF. SET THE COMBUSTION swItch OFF. For the purpose of coolIng down run
ONLY THE COOLING FAN for 30 minutes.
AFTER THIS STOP the IncInerator BY PRESSING stop button.
